Look at the pictures from google moon. It a small crater on Mare Moscoviense, see the arrow mark on the picture below.
We can see a pointed structure on the rim of the crater and a bridge like strucuture within. The crater is about 100m across. Height of the tower strucuture is about 70m. We can also see a big object on the middle of the crater.
